Dishonest management, disrespectful neighbors, rap music, all night sex-scapades, extremely slow response to maintenance requests, underhanded dealings by management, poor parking for several places. If you're lucky, a few neighbors are nice and quiet, and you just might be able to get out without any legal issues... if you're lucky. There is a ramp to the parking garage that's been broken for at least 2 years, with no signs of ever being repaired.
