Excellent experience friendly staff bought 4 maskoka chairs nice store layout yes the chairs were on sale.
Bought 2 bags of Scott’s Turfbuilder Fertilizer (32-0-4 ) at Maplegrove Home Hardware approximately 1 week ago. The bags were stored outside and when I went to use them 1 bag was fine but the second was full of concrete hard boulders and pebbles as per photos. I drove 15 kms back to store and spoke with Andrew the clerk who sold them to me. I showed the photos , receipt and said I had the product in a pail in my car. I didn't purchase anything, nor did I research the pricing, but they have a very wide selection of Weber gas barbecues. They also had a deal on the standard sized midrange charcoal kettle barbecue at what appeared to be a very good price ($369).
Staff obviously take pride in serving customers…. Product is organized and displayed well. I was greeted by 3 associates in the short time I was in the store and asked a number of times if I needed help finding anything. I was surprised by the variety of stock which seems to be tailored to the neighbourhood. When Kohn (?) saw me going to the cash, he quickly check me out even though I had arrived at opening and he was busy moving displays out to the sidewalk in front of the store.
