We have lived here for one year now and are pleased with everything we have experienced while here and just signed up with a new year lease! This is a great place to live! The management is top notch and maintenance does a great job! The entire Mapledale staff takes pride in keeping the community quiet, safe and maintained! I would recommend renting here if you are looking for a nice place at a fair price!

When I first moved here I thought it was a great place to live. As time goes by the management started to treat me like im nothing..I asked them to fix some things and they never did. Parking is bad..I paid for an extra parking spot but most of the time people would park in my spot..my garage was too far from where I live. I would not recommend anyone to live here if youre planning on living for a while. After a while they treat you like youre not human..even if you're paying rent. I've been treated very well since moving in here. Anytime I've had any problems, it's been corrected in a respectable amount of time. Management has always been very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint w/ the complex is the snow removal. There always seems to be a thin layer of snow / ice on the sidewalks. But salt is provided inside every security door.
