I've been here one year.very quiet here.like my apt,management is really wonderful.they always call back to you.im really impressed how fast you can get things handled here eith professional people.thank you Rosso management. Very safe area to live in.
We rented a 1 bed 1 bath unit for almost 3 years and it was perfect for 2 people! The location is amazing as you are close to many different types of amenities whether it’s for groceries, boutique shops, Cafes, Home Depot, the train station, etc. and easy access to all highways! The management team is very friendly and easy to work with, and the maintenance team is as well. Very timely and responsive for both, and the unit and property overall is always kept nicely. Maplecrest was the best renting experience I had in the Detroit area. The management team was very responsive and easy to work with, and maintenance fixed issues quickly and correctly. I highly recommend renting here. Positives: reasonable rent for the area, located in walking distance to gym, groceries, and restaurants, nice neighborhood, and quiet building with very minimal maintenance issues Negatives: shared coin laundry machine and dryer are abysmal, no garages for parking, and no bbq grill usage on decks.
Moved here a month ago and I'm loving this place. Only downside is that the kitchen doesn't have a microwave as a part of furnished kitchen. Lots of storage space and closet space. It's right across the road from whole foods and la fitness and is close to Target and many restaurants.
Maplecrest apartments has been my home for the last 5 yrs & I have nothing but great/awesome things to say about this place. How they keep the apartment complex so clean & tidy, how fast they respond to maintainace requests (not even a day, hours), How friendly the staffs are, how quite the place is, how close grocery stores are in walking distance (Whole food, Kroger, Meijer, Walmart etc), Department stores ( Kohl’s, Old Navy, Target, Marshall’s,Home Depot, Samerset mall etc), restaurants & downtown Birmingham is etc...I ca... read more
