My dog has had issues with her anal glands for the past two years. My other yet recommend that I had them removed but I knew that could cause other problem or make her sick. So I decided to get another opinion with Dr. Jeff and he has helped me tremendously. He ran me through different options and now she is feeling much better! I am so glad that I switched. We took our elderly dog in for some blood work on a Saturday. Told we would have results on Monday. Heard nothing called them Tuesday put on hold for 4 minutes had to try back could not hold any longer. Finally after a week got some information but the Dr would call us back . Monday and Tuesday no call back . this place used to be fantastic but the last two years They have gone down hill.
