RecommendedAfter visiting many times and seeing several residents/patients, I would say the care here is way above average, as I have visited many other similar facilities. One thing is necessary according to the people I see there is there need for Christian television that has been eliminated. Yes, there is Catholic TV but the people I see very much miss the the non Catholic TV programs

THIS IS A HORRIBLE FACILITY. DIRTY, OLD FURNITURE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. MY HUSBAND SAT IN HIS ROOM FOR ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE ANYONE EVEN CAME TO CHECK ON HIM WHEN HE WAS BROUGHT IN. MEDICATIONS TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE BED AND TV WERE BROKEN AND THE CORD TO CALL FOR HELP WAS SHREDDED S O HE COULDNT EVEN REACH IT. HE HAD TO USE HIS CELL PHONE TO CALL US TO TELL THEM HE WAS IN THE ROOM AND NEEDED TO USE THE REST ROOM AFTER MAJOR BACK AND LEG SURGERY.
