We lived here for few years and its a joke, definately the worst by far. The maintance is a joke because its non-existing. Things will go unfixed for months or even more at a time, and never get fixed. If you work, forget getting to work in time in the winter because IF they do plow its not until late afternoon , early evening. The quality of the apartments is horribl and not worth the rent that is charged. Save your money and sanity and look elsewhere! Anywhere is better than here!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. We lived there for two years and had to move out because the downstairs neighbors were complaining that our 2 year old made too much noise even though she went to bed at 8 every night and woke up at 8 every morning. We never let her run around and never played anything too loud. The manager informed us that we had to do something about it. She is 2 im not going to punish her for being a kid. I been living at maplewoods apt for over 3 years in the townhouses and it the best place i ever lived. Yes the apt manger is just ok but you cant find better neighbors then where i live. Also, the manger maybe the best but i free to do whatever i want in my place and its not like that anywhere else i been. Cant find a better place and would recommend it to anyone
Anybody looking for an apartment dont bother with maplewood apartments the office manager should be fired. She has alot of tenants who she favors over others and lets them do whatever they want. And its not fair foran example she lets some tenants have air conditioners in the front windows. And we get told we have to move ours because its a lease violation.
I cant tell you the amount of times i called this place, trying to find out if they have any units available. the women who is the office manager never returns my calls , i left dozens of messages, the sad part is i know the owner well, hes insaine to have such a person running his business, very sad
