I have lived here now for 2 years. I cannot wait to move. Our downstairs apartment sealing collapsed and the wall was caving in as well because of lack of maintenance. One weekend we were flooding called for emergency maintenance nobody showed up as our sink overflowed our whole apartment. The water smells like the backside of something awful. Definitely would not recommend prime example of a slumlords. Even the main big spots will not respond to text or email.

Very poor management. Dumpster by my apartment would be and stay full almost 24/7. Never came to fix anything. The day I signed my paperwork I was told the door would get painted - never did. I cleaned the entire place top to bottom (which I know was better than I even inherited in the first place) and still got taken to small claims court somehow. i’ve lived here for 10 months now, since day 1 the washers never worked only 1 works and it’s in 1103 not 1101 and even the washer in 1103 floods the floor when using it. my apartment floods every time it rains, the entire bedroom floor was flooded and their solution was to vacuum and shampoo the carpets and give me a dehumidifier instead of pulling the carpet up and finding the problem to stop the leak. still leaks 10 months later, ac is always going out and leaks into my carpet as well, maintenance takes forever to fix the... read more
