Poor communication! Management isn’t the friendliest talks too you like your stupid.. glad we chose some where else! I know people who live here and they are poor at keeping up with the place. It’s sad honestly
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Do NOT move here unless you absolutely HAVE TO. The management is very poor, and maintenance is equally lacking. The leasing agents, Victoria and Ashley, who work in the office, are unfriendly and do the bare minimum. They show little concern for their tenants or the living conditions they face. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it’s often with a dry, unpleasant, and unwelcoming tone. Yeah this place is DEFINITELY a joke! The water smells like sulfur and is brown. Sewage backs up in to my kitchen sink constantly me and my neighbors always have issues with plumbing. I’ve been lied to multiple times from Victoria about my security deposit being sent to me along with multiple people saying they haven’t received theirs as well. Slumlords like no other at this place that don’t care about your maintenance problems.
I have lived here now for 2 years. I cannot wait to move. Our downstairs apartment sealing collapsed and the wall was caving in as well because of lack of maintenance. One weekend we were flooding called for emergency maintenance nobody showed up as our sink overflowed our whole apartment. The water smells like the backside of something awful. Definitely would not recommend prime example of a slumlords. Even the main big spots will not respond to text or email.
