I’m a 19 year old mom and this is my first apartment. Was such an easy process, easy move in and everything. 10/10
Current residence. At first it was nice, any issues were promptly repaired. Lately thou, not so much. The poor maintenance man is super nice and does his best, but there's just too many apartments with too many issues. My AC has been out of order for 2 months now, was getting the run around from the property manager. Now, there's no apartment manager so no answers. DONT LIVE HEREEE! my ac hasn’t been working for almost a month now and no one has came to fix it. they told me to call if it’s unbearable and i’ve called and called and no answer. called the office they said they’ll fix it soon. get charged for pest control when they don’t even do anything. there’s always ants in the apartment and you can hear rats in the walls. THERES NEVER ANY PARKING!! can’t even park on the side of the building or you’ll get a ticket. there’s only 3 visitor spots?? they should have more parking spots. en... read more

Management is consistently unavailable. The office is rarely staffed, and phone calls are not returned. Even corporate is difficult to reach. It’s frustrating to see responses telling residents to call, when those calls go unanswered. This ongoing lack of communication makes resolving issues nearly impossible.
