I received a 65% rent increase with no corresponding improvement in the facility or services. The unit, access, security, and overall condition remain exactly as they were prior to the increase. While rate adjustments are common in the industry, an increase of this magnitude without any added value feels poorly justified. I've leased storage there several times when I've been traveling or between homes. Nice, dry units; plenty of lights and cameras; very pleasant staff. I just (Aug 2026) rented a short-term 5x5. Manager is friendly and very professional; unit was spotless - completely happy!
