Asked for a visit summary and got the “what is that, you have it” handed me a “cough education care guide” work sheet. Not at all the same thing. It has now been 3hrs from the appointment and I have to drive back there to get it. Make it make sense. I also only get the specialist referral to facilitate that don’t take my insurance and have 1yr long wait lists. By then the mold poisoning will kill us. So sad as the appointment started out so great, went from feeling hers and seen to scared and sidelined.
Today evening (08/18/2025) at 5:30 PM, I visited Urgent Care in Maple Valley. Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service from the front desk staff. The lady at the desk immediately said they were not taking any patients at 5:30 PM, without any consideration for the fact that I had come in with pain. She then went on to say they don’t have enough facilities, and if I wanted, she could put me in line to meet the doctor — but mentioned it would be useless since they would just refer me to the emergency department. ... read more
I noticed this business seems to be well organized with systems to charge and run insurance. In the other hand, medically could be better. I’ve been there for 2 or 3 times and I thought it might be depending on the shift. Waiting and visit took 1.5 hours
The care / treatment I received from Dr Sarah Mun and Lisa was awesome . I am so appreciative to have such world class service in our community.
I booked an appointment for July 7th, in early April. I followed up multiple times to see if they had a slot open sooner but I couldn't get one. Today they called me and said the appointment is being rescheduled and the next available appointment is in September. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the doctor, stuff and the medical center. I kept reiterating that I need help urgently, they said I should go to the ER if it was an emergency.
