Maintenance is a big problem. Its sad when the maintenance guy tell you that maple tree apartments is not up to code. Don't know if we should believe him or not. That's scary to say when we are paying almost $1000.00 and nothing being resolved.My wife and I pay $965.00 for rent in 2021. We started off paying $774.00 in 2019.We have call numerous time and nothing happens. They tell us that we are last on the list. Every single time I try to take trash out this is what it looks like. I am always pushing trash into the compactor and then putting other people’s trash in before I can throw mine away. I’m sick and tired of this. I should not have to throw other people’s trash away. I do not believe it is entirely laziness that causes this either, there are elderly people that live here and there is no way that they could throw a bag of trash over there head and into a hole 4 feet deep. It is outrageous.

If you are smart you will stay away I have 5 more months on lease and I can’t wait for it to be over! Was told my rent would be one price and it has never been that alway 50 more than what I was initially told. Was also told that we got two parking spaces well just got to pay 200 to tow company because they decided to tow my 2nd vehicle. Not to mention I’m still waiting on them to fix yellow jacket infestation and kids that regularly play ding dong ditch (multiple times a day) 🤷♀️ horrible place to live!
