Updated: while the office staff remain lovely this complex has a horrible, cruel, parking problem. My vehicle was registered the entire time but as I changed my plates, I was given a mere 8 hrs to update them before being booted. This practice preys on residents and reveals an utter lack of human decency. The posted signs all say Vehicle registration. Mark Jipp was wonderful to work with as we applied to live here. It is a great apartment complex and we look forward to being here a while. There are mature trees and quiet neighbors. The local HEB is quite large with a huge sushi section.
Worked with Mark Jipp for an apt tour, he was very upfront and helpful in better understanding the documents to apply.
