Jamal was great! He was very patient and kind just like he has been every time he’s been in my home. He’s never been anything but amazing definitely keep him and give him a raise!!
I had a nice time living here until having to complain to Luma Properties about a woman in the office named Shelly or Shelby. She was very rude and makes it difficult to live smoothly in this community. Unfortunately you have to deal with her for pretty much everything, and she makes things difficult. If you can imagine someone whose help you need (and are paying a lot for) taking obvious pleasure in not helping you at all, that's my experience. I don't have too much to say but Shelby was very kind to my wife and I during our move in and move out. My wife (who was pregnant at the time) was mainly handling the paperwork while I was working. Shelby personally helped her with everything, which made my wife happy and decreased my level of stress. Thank you Knox Allen Station and thank you Shelby. I will be recommending to others!
I ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience with Shelby. She has the calmest demeanor and I appreciate her as a human being and employee at this complex!!!!!!
We've had things stolen from the package locker area and lady in office couldn't have been more unresponsive. Lots of minor problems -- a/c breaking when it's very hot, clogged pipes, leaks, etc. due to old age of apartments. Very much looking forward to the end of our lease.
