Service people response very quickly. I am sick today, bedroom heater doesn’t work. Called emergency, they sent a space heater. A good apartment, nice people. Thank you.
My brother is a disabled army veteran mind you. He had a innocent episode at his residence to be honest the cops were called by the neighbors the police sided with my brother. Then later the neighbors discriminated against him and convinced management to have him illegally evicted. Management saw it through and the town of maple shade is prejudice and racist. Look up your history, Maple shade. Have a pub call the Morristown. Pub and they would not serve Martin Luther King Jr. and his entourage because of the racist. And prej... read more
Very Quiet community. The staff are very polite.
We’ve been at Maple Terrace apartments for less than a year and couldn’t have more great things to say! It’s quiet, clean, safe, and maintenance is superior. We love it here.
Maple Terrace has been a great place to live. We intended to live here on a short term lease but changes in circumstance forced us to live here for a year…not disappointed in the least. The staff is great and amazingly responsive. The maintenance staff as well is professional and will fix most issues the same day.
