Nice quiet well maintained place to live
I have lived at Maple Terrace for a little over a year. I love my apartment! It is bright, spacious and has loads of closet space. My neighbors are friendly. The office staff is kind and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is always friendly and courteous! Overall, a nice place to live!
Great place to live. Neighbors look out for one another. It's by far the best neighborhood I've lived in. The office Managers are very nice. Work orders get completed promptly.
My husband and I absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and it is so quiet and peaceful. It is very clean, no bugs, etc. We have had the occasional issue with heat in the winter time and hot water not working, but maintenance is always quick to fix any issue! We would absolutely recommend anyone living here.
I am very happy living here at Maple Terrace apts. The office staff are kind and professional, the maintenance crew are always respectful and make repairs in a timely manner. My neighbors are friendly and sociable. It is a pleasure living here. M. Johnson.
