Quick service, great food, wonderful experience.
Have been coming to this location for over a year now and the current staff is very rude. No good morning and overall service was terrible
First the restaurant was dirty the trash bins packed trash on the floor the plates by the trash bins triples stacked. There was no silverware at all the tray was empty. All I ordered was biscuit and gravy and took 50 min to come out. Then I went up to look for my food to see if it was ready and I come back my table was cleared out. They clear the table out but they can't clean up around the trash and get the clean plates. Then they give me a new cup for my drink the Coke and ice is empty. The one in Orlando is better by a WIDE margin. The food was not good at all. I got served cold grits and the cheese wasn't even melted. My girlfriend got a biscuit sandwich and the McDonald's one tasted better. The one she had it was dry probably because it was burnt idk. Guy in a blue shirt said he'd bring me a new order of grits to the table. Had to come back up and wait to remind him because he forgot. The new one looks thr dam same. The cheese is not melted.
