I placed a to-go order from Maple Street Biscuit Company totaling over $100 for chicken biscuits, but only received half of my order because the restaurant failed to send the full order with the delivery driver. When I contacted the store, I spoke with the manager, Jacobi, who was extremely unhelpful and did not offer any real solution to resolve the inconvenience. Came in Sunday 10/19 to eat with my family. 1st time customer. After waiting in line 45 minutes. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for them to tell us the were out of what we ordered. Here’s when the scam starts. They said they refunded what I paid t back to ny card and gave me a receipt. Checking for my refund today which wasn’t at least pending on my card, I reviewed my receipt which said cash. This is a blatant lie. waited in line 45 mins.. didn’t even get the opportunity to eat there.. they were out of everything we asked for and didn’t tell us until we were already ordered and seated for over 15 mins.
Look at your receipts if receiving a refund. I ordered and paid for a few items via their website in the am. The guy gave me my order but it was missing items. I didn't have time to wait for them to cook it and got what I thought was a refund. I later see the receipt actually said a cash refund but I never got cash.
