This location gave me a literal cup of milk for a “chai latte”, neglected to include the tator tots and juice in my order, stapled the bag so I couldn’t check in store and then immediately placed me on hold when I called. Left me on hold for 5 minutes, hung up and then did not answer for the rest of the day despite the lack of business when I picked up. Would give 0 stars if I could and the food we did received was mediocre at best.
My power bowl was 14.42 and it was missing mushrooms and the maple drizzle that’s suppose to be on it. I didn’t get the full experience because it was missing ingredients I have to work didn’t have time to go back I should have checked my order before I left. The employees are always nice.

Phenomenal experience. Hefty portions. Top tier customer service. Easily the best biscuits I’ve ever had. I ordered the Eggstreme Biscuits and Gravy. Highly recommended.
Waited almost an hour for my food. I ordered the power bowl and half the ingredients were missing. The staff was in no hurry to help the 15 people waiting for their order.
