Fantastic initial service, but soured by a poor table interaction. After waiting a year to finally visit this Maple Street Biscuit Company location with my family, I had high hopes. Our experience started out perfectly; the young lady at the register (we visited on 03/25/26 around 11:00 AM) was incredibly welcoming, patient, and answered all our questions. Ewww found a hair in my biscuit and gravy bet it was the cooks bread hair. What a bad job on this tiles full of food windows seals nasty and napkins holder nasty and dusty u can see people's hand print on dust
I would highly recommend Maple Street Biscuit Company, the food was delicious, tasted fresh and had the southern taste that I came here looking for. The service and ambience was very nice, relaxed, and casual. Lindsey greeted us kindly and made us feel welcomed and Raven checked up on us frequently and delivered amazing service. 10/10.
Great food, quick service. The employees were so pleasant and friendly! A specific employee, we did not get his name, he looked like he may have been working in the back was super friendly!! We had a small issue fixed right away and he solved it with efficiency and kindness!!
I had a great experience dining at maple street. We were immediately greeted by Lindsey and she was very polite and patient while we were ordering. It was my very first time dining here, and she accommodated us by being very patient and helpful. The food was wonderful and Raven was very polite, checked up on us and made sure our order was correct, and made sure everything tasted good. I will be dining here again as the service and food were excellent.
