I am amazed at how fast they are at fixing anything that needs repair and have gone above and beyond when the need arises. Mary, the manager, is top notch, always going out of her way to make the residents her top priority.
My elderly parents have lived at Redwood Howell for 3 years. We have been beyond pleased with this apartment complex. It is clean, safe and quiet. The thing that makes this complex exceptional is the manager Mary and main maintenance person Brennan. We would definitely recommend this complex.
