The community is clean and quiet! You can tell that management cares and maintenance is responsive! I would like to shoutout my leasing consultant, Rut, for helping me find the right apartment and answering all my questions. She really cared about my needs and was truly a joy to speak to! I would give her 10 stars if i could!
I lived in one of their units for a few months at the start of 2024 and I was one of my favorite parts about living in Richmond. I was given one of their updated units, and it was perfect. Their one bedroom was the perfect size for me. The area stayed relatively quiet, and neighbors were rarely an issue. There was great food very close by, and it's down the street from a really nice Kroger (another one of my favorite parts of Richmond).
