*Honest Review* I’ve lived at Maple Springs for almost 3 years October 2023 - August 2026, And I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay here. Let’s start with Katie Hanlon, she has by far been the BEST Property manager that I’ve ever encountered. Very nice, professional, and assertive from the start! The best place ever! It is not only such a peaceful and wonderful place, but also with extraordinary people working there as Rut who helped me and guided me with all the process. So blessed and thankful of living here
I had a terrible experience applying to rent an apartment. The process was overly complex, and the team clearly didn’t understand what was going on. They kept giving us wrong information, and communication was poor throughout. My son and I ended up losing $100 in application fees because of their mistakes. Very disappointing.
Hello. I moved into this apartment complex in May 2024. Honestly, it is a quiet and peaceful place, and I really love it here. The staff do their jobs exceptionally well, and whenever you have a problem, they are absolutely sure to help. I would also like to express my appreciation and thanks to Ms. Rut for her wonderful demeanor and friendly attitude. The same goes for Katie and the other team members whose names I can't quite recall! Thank you all.
