The work was fine but the dealers/services business practices are purposely deceptive and they will scam you out of money. We bought a brand new car in 2025 from them. We were given the impression if we didn’t bring it in for regular service our warranty would be voided but that we would be covered for oil changes/ servicing the car. Fast forward to today at our 15k mile visit and I walk away with a $300 bill. The service area needs customer service lessons. I'm basically forced to leave my car in the morning, no option for afternoons or later in the day. When they close for lunch, if you're waiting in the service waiting room, they kick you out for the lunch hour (at least when I last stayed for service). If you say something the mantra is "were very busy" which seems like the excuse for poor treatment.
