The care of the horses went downhill quickly this spring. Went from a beautiful place to keep a horse to the strongest smell of pee as soon as you walked into the barn. Not nearly enough shavings in the stalls, for horses that were not turned out at all. Several horses left with respiratory issues, both of mine developed a cough and runny noses. Scott the head trainer has had several incidents where he was unprofessional, and inappropriate involving his clients who were mostly minors. Please beware.
Had a wonderful trail ride. Beautiful woods, nice horses, efficient staff.
Maple Ridge Farm is a great place for the whole family. They offer camps to learn how to ride horses. Everyone here is friendly and helpful with anything. Hospitality is definitely shown; they treat each customer wonderfully. They teach you how to ride, clean, and care for the horses. You should come to Maple Ridge Farm and have a great time like I did! 🐎🏇🏻🐎🏇🏻🐎🏇🏻
