Very disappointing experience. Last year, I went to this clinic with what was clearly an eye emergency. My eye was severely swollen, infected, and I could barely open it. Despite seeing my condition, I was told that all the doctors were fully booked and that no one could see me that day. What made this even more frustrating was that there were no patients waiting in the clinic at the time. Very friendly, doctors were knowledgeable, no one was pushing about selling products - just given information on all the options to make the decision on what’s best for us. Such a comfortable experience. So glad we found a new local eye care place near us.
my insurance paid for a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses which were $550. I was promised by the technician in the store that he would adjust them as they were a little too big for my face and upon pick up, they were neither adjusted nor was I asked To try them on and see if they needed adjusting. I brought them home in good Faith, and within the first day, they kept falling off my face and I didn’t want to ruin them So I put them back in their case, and in the bottom drawer of my dresser.
