Huge improvements here since the new management took over! Within a short time, they’ve cleaned up the property grounds and common areas, addressed long-standing issues, and brought a level of professionalism and care that was missing before. They communicate well, follow through on requests, and genuinely seem committed to making this a great place to live.
No maintenance we have dead mice in the basement and flooding in the basement smells terrible had to go elsewhere for laundry

This place may be cheap to rent, but don't expect to get your security deposit back. Even after leaving the place in better condition then it was entered. Even after they failed to notify within 30 business days of any deductions from the security deposit per state law, even after the property manager called to assure that it was being returned, twice....Maple Ridge stole our security deposit. Lookup the owners! Stay far away from this place!
