This apartment complex is a crock of ****. I will never ever refer anyone I know to this place. They WILL tow your car for anything they can think of. Including a flat tire, or parking to run something in to a relative for just a second. Someone needs to report them to the housing authority or whoever is in charge of them. They are doing illegal things by punishing low income tenants for not being able to afford to fix their flat tire or running something in to a relative by towing their cars!
