This is very good management company. I move in 2018 December. Management staff is very friendly cooperative. Cleaning better and nice.
Absolutely the most disgusting disrespectful property management company in Canada, they constantly cut services to buildings, don’t respond to emails or complaints, typically their buildings are run down and filthy, they allow multiple to live in small units, putting a burden on the building, this company truly is a slumlord
If you call them they don't pick up your phone no voice mail on the phone they don't call you back if you send them an email no answer reply
