“I had an absolutely awful experience renting in this building. The management was terrible—completely unresponsive and neglectful. There was no effort to repair anything despite constant issues. The bathroom and kitchen were infested with insects and bugs, and the cabinets were so old and deteriorated that they had wood-boring pests. If i could i would give this place negative ratings. Do not rent here. Mold everywhere in the building and units. Constant floods, elevator breaks down, no security, The maintenance crew have no idea what they are doing and will walk into your unit with no notice. Don’t even get me started on the property managers. They don’t care about you and just want your money. They will also let service men into your suite while you’re in the shower. Mice infested, terrible management. They do the bare minimum and rip you off once you leave. Racist property manager. Grounds are full of garbage, mattresses and furniture always pilling up at the bins. Stay away.
