I moved here recently from Detroit Metro to work at the hospital and I am so happy I found it. I looked around the entire Flint Area and was not happy with any place until I found Maple Park. The Grounds and all the trees are what made it stand out to me. It is in a great area and in a great school district. I couldnt be happier with my apartment, very big and clean.
I moved here in May 2008 from Grand Rapids. This has been a great apartment complex to move into. The staff is great and the grounds are beautiful. Id recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice apartment home.

After selling my house I planned on waiting a while before building a new house. During this time I figured I would reluctantly live in an apartment for a year or two. I moved into Maple Park Terraces and now have cancel my plans to build. Living in this apartment has been absolutely wonderful and if things stay this nice I will probably stay till I retire in 25 years. Gives me everything I want with out any of the headaches of ownership.
