I just visited the community of Maple Oaks, I'm very impressed with the professionalism across the board. From Leasing, Property manager even the maintenance team I met were a awesome group of knowledgeable men.. They answered all my questions without hesitation answering my questions. I feel that I have found my New Home.. Shout out to Ms Tammy Ms. Ohla Mr Larry and Mr Andy
Tammy has been an excellent property manager. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It’s clear she cares about the residents and their experience.
Tammy is making her rounds and cleaning up the complex slowly but surely. We have had quite a few maintenance guys floating around who were not so handy with maintenance knowledge, but the new guys Andy and Larry are awesome! Thank you guys for taking care of my plumbing problem in the kitchen.
Things are FINALLY getting done with the new management and changes to finally getting units upgraded
