The whole place smells like ammonia it will literally make you physically sick dont take my word for it go see your self nasty and all the bugs and drugs there

heat-n-air all year round & the water, power bills are included into the rent. don't forget to take out the trash w/out any worries about trash collectors and their price($) cause dumpster is included for residents at NO charge. Yep!!, everything's included for a fraction of your income. Good place to live. Close to about everything downtown. Bus stop right out side. Friendly office staff. We have a church and Cafe inside billiards table exercise room lot of nice residents
I have to say that I had never been to this community before and I was highly impressed!!! The Apartments have private entry, the curb appeal was very clean and crisp. To those that are disabled and or over 62 years of age and are looking for a nice home go here! There are 1 Bedroom Apartment Homes that ARE available!!!
