The people that work here are so polite and nice. They don't rush doing your nails or take shortcuts, they take their time and do a great job. The prices are reasonable too. I recommend this salon for all of your nail needs!
This place has really stepped it up in the last year! I had my nails done by Andy (the owner) this morning. I just wanted a manicure with Gel polish. During my wait.. He gave me a complimentary water and thanked me for waiting and he checked on me to let me know it was going to be a few more mins. Even though they were busy, Andy took his time. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I have been to almost every salon in the mt airy/ Surry area. Andy always takes his time and does a stellar job! My biggest compliment is how great my acrylics stay on since I’ve been coming here. The life of a set from previous salons was about 3 weeks with some breaks. But from here, my most recent set lasted me 6 weeks with all the acrylics in place! That’s not my normal, but due to being sick and having a busy schedule I didn’t have time to come in. They are very nice here, I have no complaints except for i asked for SOLAR nails, and I did not receive solar nails. Rather than doing my French tips the solar way, they just painted on my French tips. That's not the way solar nails are done. Not happy at all.
It does not do any good to make an appt, every time I make an appt, its still an hour wait. Unacceptable!!
