Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this walk-in clinic. The receptionist, an older woman, was extremely rude, spoke very loudly, and was disrespectful toward patients. Because of her behavior, I chose to leave and go to another clinic. This is the second time I’ve visited and experienced the same rude attitude from her. I hope management addresses this issue, as patient interaction is very important in a healthcare setting
Transferred all prescriptions to Maple Mews and have never looked back. The Pharmacy Team are lovely, courteous and very caring people. YOU get such personal service here. Thank YOU
