Sharing our experience here in case it's helpful for other homebuyers. We met with the Maple Meadows real estate broker the first weekend of February about building a Middleton floor plan. At that meeting, we were told that there were two lots available for Middleton homes. These lots were small and backed up to land that was sold by Hayden Homes to a company that would be building multi-family housing.
