i moved in a year ago and the staff is super friendly! they take care of the lawn / snow 100% of the time whenever it’s needed. neighborhood is super safe and it’s a convenient location for shopping
The apartments were nice, but no amenities for the price. The heat and central air broke down at least once a year, and would take a few days to correct, only to brake down again. The intercom was broken for 11 months before they did something about it.
Apartments were decent however management indicated everything was brand new which might have been the case but it certainly isn't anything I'd rave about. Maintenance was responsive which was nice but over two years I only needed one thing so it's not exactly saying a lot. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THEY RAISED RENT 10% EACH YEAR. Started at $1,000; year 2 - $1,100 then year 3 - $1,200. For that price you can find complexes with better amenities, pool, gym etc this place has nothing.
