Don't come here they make you wait to fix anything. I been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my air conditioning in 90 degree heat they never did fix my air conditioner and when the fall came and my heat wasn't working they flat out refused to fix it I would call at least twice a week and ask about my heat and would get some reason why they would not come out and fix it by December I had to move because it was to cold for me and my kids to live there the complex got mad that I left and charged me 6000 for breaking my lease. Don't move here are cars be getting broken in to windows broken out alot of car in lot is missing windows they have Camara but for some reason they don't see nothing on top of all that laundry mechanics don't never work mice infected and roaches all in unit run from this place it like the projects with migrations every. Dont move here! They have bugs of all kinds(roaches, gnats,bed bugs), mice and some nasty loud tenants with bad messy kids. The water in this area has lead in it so you have to use water bottles to cook. Management doesnt seem to assist with any repairs and act as if the money for repairs is coming out of thier pocket. Heat doesnt work in the winter. You'll have to buy heaters which run up the electric bill..the owner needs to be more aware of what's going on. In my book they are slum lords. . I dont Recommend this place to anyone Management just walk in your unit when they feel like it if you don't open the door for them and the FBi be here at these apartment not sure what the hell is going on in this place but this is not a place anyone should be at the Building is mice Infested. Roach and mice are all in the building mold in units they put fresh paint to cover up the rust and mold people be stealing packaging and mail and stealing from people stuff out the washing machine and don't be fool just because it cameras the office people don't care about nothing
