To keep things honest this place does not deserve any— I rented from Maple Leaf Apartments and had ongoing concerns regarding the condition of the property and management’s handling of maintenance-related issues. During my tenancy, I experienced problems that I felt were not adequately resolved despite repeated efforts to address them. I’ve been very happy living at Maple Leaf Apartments. One of the things I appreciate most is how peaceful and quiet the community is. It’s a great place to come home to after a busy day. The office staff has always been kind and helpful. They truly do their best to help residents get settled and make sure they have everything they need. Honestly I’ve enjoyed living here. I’m new to the area but have had the best of experience, by far the most professional and fast crew/staff. Recently had both toilets clogged and BOOM. New toilets and new flooring. They work so quick and so fast. Also a couple days ago, my carpet got cleaned(it was my fault) but they did not judge nor asked questions.
