Excelente condominio
Recently moved in this summer and the apartments are nice but was not informed of the car thefts or car breakins in the parking lot of the complex 😡 I informed the property manager Julia and she showed no concern and told me not to leave any valuables in the car smh. I suggested having the police patrol the lot late night to insure safety for her tenants and their vehicles but she didn’t seem to care. Unacceptable 😡
Terrible place to live. I've been here for 7 months and it's the worst decision I've ever made. There's a cockroach infestation, no matter how much they fumigate, it doesn't stop the cockroach and mouse infestation, mold everywhere. There are thousands of cameras but they're useless. They steal cars and break windows. They've also stolen my mail and packages repeatedly and they simply do nothing. The management does nothing. Don't come here they make you wait to fix anything. I been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my air conditioning in 90 degree heat they never did fix my air conditioner and when the fall came and my heat wasn't working they flat out refused to fix it I would call at least twice a week and ask about my heat and would get some reason why they would not come out and fix it by December I had to move because it was to cold for me and my kids to live there the complex got mad that I left and charged me 6000 for breaking my lease. Don't move here are cars be getting broken in to windows broken out alot of car in lot is missing windows they have Camara but for some reason they don't see nothing on top of all that laundry mechanics don't never work mice infected and roaches all in unit run from this place it like the projects with migrations every.
