First time storage unit renter, shame on me for taking their word that rodents weren't a problem! Moved a few things in at beginning of 08/22, came back couple of weeks later and noticed mouse droppings across tubs. Saw one scurrying out the back wall and realized all the access points. I was told the mice were from busy soccer fields across Fir Rd with school starting, someone else was in the unit before me (not true), and other excuses before offered another 10' X 20' unit in an even newer section.
