Phenomenal staff, great location, excellent facility. The only reason we're leaving is for a palatial storage unit in our new building - we'd absolutely stay otherwise. You can't go wrong here!
We have been renting here for about 5 months now, and we could not be happier. The place is very clean, our first locker was spacious and fabulous. We downsized to a smaller one which is also great. We feel FULLY supported by Chris and Sonja and the rest of their team - their communication is excellent, responsive and helpful. We also find their equipment super helpful - the various size dollies are amazing. Plus, they have incorporated great security features so we feel our belongings are safe. Thank you!
Our family has used Maple Leaf Storage in West Vancouver for more than ten years. The facility is consistently clean, well lit and secure, with no food waste or anything that might attract pests. My wife and kids, from high school through university, have always felt safe dropping off or picking up items on their own. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this storage facility. Very professional and kind staff. The warehouse is secure, exceptionally clean and very accessible. They have a variety of moving supplies, different size units, big elevators and hand carts for use loading belongings in and out of the storage units.
