We really enjoyed living at the townhomes on 33rd that are managed by Mapple Leaf. Erich and Melonie were great, addressing any concerns and resolving any maintenance issues with quality and within appropriate time. It made our stay there very comfortable and enjoyable. The owners of the townhomes, Mike and Skip, are also fantastic. They are very supportive and we really enjoyed living at the property. The townhomes were great quality, super quite and spacious. Simple put, they were top notch.

I’ve lived in one of the properties from Maple Leaf for 6 months and couldn’t be more satisfied with not only the property, but also the service and responsiveness from Taylor. She was always quick to get back to me and resolve any issues that came up. I would highly recommend them.

Taylor Wolf who I believe is the owner of this company lives in my neighborhood. We interact on Nextdoor. I’m a landlord with three properties, 5 doors in the Salt Lake Area. I’ve never met a more unprofessional person online. I can’t imagine how she deals with contractors and tenants. I would encourage any landlords to think long and hard about what type of professionalism they want in a PM Co. This company’s representative is sorely lacking in the professionalism department.
