I have had the worst experience, ever, with this company. First and foremost I appreciate being told the truth, ignoring phone calls with ridiculous excuses is not my thing....
They have antiquated parts I need.
I have used this company for years. I scheduled a plumber at the beginning of the week and was told on that day that they needed to reschedule. I accepted that .. Today, at the end of the week, I waited and waited. Hours after my scheduled appointment, they told me they didn't have anyone today to come out, but didn't even bother to call me. DONE!
