I first want to say the previous owners of this place did deserve this rating. Now oto what's going on here. My significant other and I were put here for a few weeks while we have a lead abatement in our apartment. Since being here the owners have been nothing but chaotic. The first encounter by us was when our company was heating their vehicle up and it was -20 outside. We were smoking in front of our unit.
