They insisted I take the generic brand of Ozempic and the pen would not release the medication. It made me bleed and the dose of medicine run down my stomach. The second attempt did the same, and I missed two weeks of diabetic meds. They are now offering the original Ozempic pen, which I had been using for years. Why the need to change to generic?
