Very OLD building with slow elevator and smell sooo bad on 4th Floor… how do you serve patients in that environment? For sure bad smells comes from 2 washrooms in hallway in this Medical building 🤢
I have been a patient here since 2019. From Nick to greg to Carlos, all the nurses and front desk employees are friendly and helpful especially if you ever find yourself in a "stressful situation."
Love this clinic and have been coming here for years. The reason I am leaving this review now is because there is an older woman working on the 6th floor, wears glasses. My rating would be a 5 star if it were not for her. She has zero social skills, is actually one of the most unpleasant people I have come across. It really shows in her face that she does not want to be there, and she makes the clients feel unwelcome aswell. What a shame.
I have been a client/patient at this clinic for 2 years. Recently they have significantly reduced their hours which negatively impacts appointment times. It has been much harder to schedule appointments given the much smaller availability.
