Helpful and kind staff. Great selection and has everything that I needed!
I've been shopping here for years with mostly positive results. However, I stopped in last week and had a terrible experience with your customer service. I was waited on by what I can assume was a relatively new staff member, as I'd never seen him before. I've tried to remain loyal/ local for shopping but rising prices and out of stock items and now poor service has Amazon looking better and better. If I were rating last week, I'd only be giving one star, and that would be generous.

I have been going for years. Never know what they have ...f you don't grab it then. Forget it. Makes it interesting but they always have the normal basic needs. What happen to the old staff???? Miss them! New people are alright. The old crew was just so friendly. Could ask them anything with a great response.

I Absolutely love Federal Bakers, I have Been coming here for years�. The store has everything a home baker and a professional brick and mortar need. The staff is AWESOME. Heads up to Cheryl the Manager�, William, Caryline, & Sonny. They really know their stuff. Thank you Federal Bakers.
