Dear Ashley and Equity Property Management, I have 2 things to ask because you no longer reply to emails. It has been many months now. We recently moved in and are having issues with water leakage in and on the carpet in both bedrooms. The management, leasing office, and maintenance have been unresponsive for 3 days now and me and my wife have been forced to stay in a hotel because of the smell of the carpet. I have sent multiple maintenance requests and we are now on day 4 of water in the carpets. I would not recommend signing with them. They seem nice and the prices are great for the location. Please think twice.
We have been having cockroach problems in the apartment, horrible response time by the leasing office and their contracted pest control, nothing has changed for more than three months. Our apartment is not the source but apparently another place in the building meaning the maintenance of the whole place is questionable. A very unsettling issue that no one should worry about after leasing.
Worst place ever to live, they never fix anything. Its all about tge Benjamin to them, your lucky if they did or fixed anything for you.
Been here since July and no one has yet to come fix the things I put in as maintenance service, this is my first time ever living in a apartment and I didn’t expect service to take this long , I keep calling the office to complain and all I’m getting is emails saying my request as been submitted and it’s about to be October Maintenance finally came today 9/29/25 I give them a 10/10 they came in and fixed everything I had report.
