Was messed up with sewer line issues but the new manager in charge is actually getting the problem fixed nice place to live now that the problems are being properly solved
They are taking advantage of people on a fixed income they need to be inspected by the state they don't disclose things they are required by law all they say is you bought it as is yes you buy as is but by law the seller has to disclose things like major sewer line issues and floors about to fall in the only rehab they do is clean paint and hide what's majorly wrong with the homes the sewer line leading from our trailer has backed up every month since we moved in costed us over 600 bucks to fix drains on the trailer because ... read more
I wish I would have never signed paperwork to live here the owners are scam artist when you try to pay rent they won’t answer the phone when you try to pay online the portal won’t work guess what late fee late fee late fee on top on that most residence don’t even get our mail or packages we have 1920 mail box’s the owners says isn’t in the budget to fix OK COOL SO ILL BET MY MAIL WHENEVER ANOTHER LOT DELIVERS IT OR TAKES IT TO THE OFFICE
