Let me clarify this isnt pointed towards the management its the company that owns the park refusing to fix the sewage line properly a lil over a year is more than ample time to make the proper repairs Moved in here December of 24 by January of 25 the sewage line Underground past the clean out clogged up they have had a snaked jetted snaked again dug up and it is still backing up they had someone dig the line up and it clogged up in less than a month because of them leaving it plugged up under ground had to pay a plumber 635 ... read more
To anyone looking to move into maple lawn village, I strongly discourage it due to long term sewage issues. We have been here for a year and a half and are ready to get out from underneath it. All they want to do is threaten to evict people because of the pets that have been abandoned by previous tenants. They won't fix the issue right. They just keep putting a bandaid on it.
