As the business goes, good or bad, I am sure the consumer would have been contacted but still no reply whatsoever to the email that I have sent asking for explanation on what happened when my son was there for what happened below. Still waiting. Posted the review yesterday and emailed a couple of times to the office, but no reply with an explanation of what happened. My son just left their office for contact eye exam and was charged ridiculous fee of $500.00 and I was told that this is with "20%" off their regular price. I called office and talked to a lady named Kris who told me that is how much they charge and she told my son that "before" the exam which my son said he wasn't told until afterwards.
