Amazing ! They stayed on the phone with me while I asked many questions about a kitten. And they took care of everything for me without any huffing or puffing they are just the nicest people to me and my kitties.

I am extremely disappointed in how they are treating my pet’s pain. She has a tumor and is, what appears to be, a lot of pain. They explain nothing. I ask questions about the disease process and pain management and they dodge it all. They want to refer me to a cancer specialist an hour away. They offer medication to increase appetite, but not address the pain? I have to go to Dr. Google to find any information. There are better options out there.

I want to thank the groomer for being so good with my cat, trimming her nails. It was nice to get in and out and no sedation needed. This is the first place that I could get that was willing to work with her w/o sedation. Went very smoothly and I was in shock and so pleased. Thank you again for the great job

Not friendly people whatsoever, brought my dog in with a broken leg and they wouldn’t do anything unless if they had a payment for 2 cats that my girlfriends parents were able to put under her name somehow( which shouldn’t be a thing) and then had the audacity to charge us $80 just to walk him in and tell us they needed a payment. Who knows how godly expensive it would’ve been if they had done anything beyond what they didn’t do. We just wanted to send out a heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff at Maple Knoll Veterinary. We had to put our cat down shortly before Christmas. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Shady's last day was so hard on us, but they have us time to say goodbye and helped Shady go with grace and dignity. We even received a beautiful condolence card from the staff. They went above and beyond for us as well as for our beloved pet. Thank you again.

I've always had pleasant experiences with these folks. Specifically, my dog got a cut on his paw while hunting, and I called the emergency vet to see if I should bring him in for care. She said she was more than willing to come in and give him care but didn't want to waste my money. She gave me advice on how to clean it up, wrap it up, and keep him comfortable. The visit probably would have cost me a thousand dollars, but she helped me get my pup back on his feet quickly without the high cost. Btw, we've been taking our pets... read more

I have been with Maple Knolls for many years. I have gone through many ups and downs with pets. I have received the best pet care, one could ask for. They are the most understanding friendly group of girls ,I have ever worked with. I would recommend them to anybody for anything. Couldn’t ask for better vet Service. Thank you very much ladies from the bottom of my heart ,my fur babies and family appreciate you tremendously . Thanks for all your hard work.
