The staff is competent enough to care for a turtle, that’s about it. My black pitbull was left out in the sun for God knows how long, only to come home and vomit all over the house. Anyone who knows anything about animal care should know black dogs can only handle being in the sun for so long. Last time he was boarded, the staff placed a lead around his neck and brought him out to us for pickup, oblivious to the fact that it was choking him.
