Simple things like maintenance oil changes take 4-6 weeks. I was on hold for over an hour with an advisor for an “emergency” service that requires an immediate fix in order to safely drive and it was still 2-4 weeks out. Since this is my work vehicle I need to have it ready to drive asap. Unfortunately when dealing with newer European vehicles like Volvo, you’re limited on options who can work on it due to the computers and calibration required. Drove an hour away to pick up parts that aren’t available to be picked up on Saturdays. Online says they’re available from 9 to 3 but are actually not available on Saturdays. Only what a waste of my time and money when gas is five dollars a gallon they can’t let you know what time you can pick up your parts. Do not order parts from this location.
