No pressure sales, but service department questionable I stopped in the dealership looking to drive off with a new Outback. I emailed the dealership to schedule a test drive. The gentleman who responded was Phillip L. He said he would have everything set for the test drive. Upon my arrival, I asked the receptionist if she could point to where I would find Phillip. Great! Great place! I have bought several cars there- and I will always come back. They are friendly and professional. I appreciate that they treat me with respect- and when they service my car- they know my name. Great group!
Great group Nice and professional. Very easy to deal with. They understand that people dont want to haggle- and made finding a car and getting the right price a breeze.
Avoid at all cost! They will run your credit with out you permission! Evidently they get kickbacks if you finance with them (using Subaru/Chase). I had my finance arranged prior to my visit because I did not want to deal with the big banks (check out the small print with Chase, they pretty much state that they will sell your info by default unless YOU opt out). What a shock when I reviewed my credit report!
