I really did even want to give them any stars, due to Saturday March 21st I went to go visit my uncle at the Ebensburg, Pa.center. First, I've ask a number of times to please stop putting night pants on him during the day, but they continue to due so. Second, his shirt was so dirty from his breakfast and lunch. Third, I buy hundreds of dollars worth of food,drinks and snacks for my uncle, he "NEVER" is offered the food that I buy. PLEASE READ MY March 2026 FINAL EDIT!! Feb. 2025: I recently completed a stay here. The staff are very understanding and do their best to support you with the resources they have. I felt I was able to ask questions and advocate for myself and be heard. The psych docs, general docs, social workers, and techs truly care about their patients (at least, 300 Hall Adults they do). There website is completely misleading. All things listed to be accepted my Daughter has all of them. They refused to help her.
Part 2 Now I am probably looking at an ambulance bill that was never told to me plus the 10K it cost to stay there as they printed me out a bill on day 2 stating I was staying 7 days. How could they determine my length of stay on day 2? Basically I paid for a Juvy-like setting with sedations, heavy psych drugs, coloring books with crappy markers, crappy hygiene products as we all reeked like B.O., and were drooling on ourselves while wearing slide flip flops like prison.
