Xavier and the staff managing the adolescent IOP group are excellent. Xavier cares about his patients. My child said she really liked him and he pushed her to work through some issues. “I don’t know” was not an acceptable response. He also spent a substantial amount of time with me at the parent check in meetings.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrific. It's all all a big money grab. They do not actually care about patients, they only care to keep them their and collect money. They keep patients way past when they need too. I filed and AMA on Monday 9/1 because I was told on Sunday, 8/31 that's the only reason they were keeping me is because "social work couldn't call my husband for a safety call". IOP was an absolutely life saver. The therapist is fantastic. I highly recommend

Almost as bad as epworth but most staff ignores all the patients or purposely tries making patients with anger issues mad so that way if they retaliate they can sue the ones who can't get a lawyer, very unsanitary as well, letting patients who have their hand in their pants all day grab everyone's drinking cups during breakfast, was well behaved during my 7 day stay and some staff usually at night very understanding but most definitely don't like their job or needs to switch majors, most day tecs are straight up bully's, I'm... read more
