Family member went here for a 7 day admission and ultimately had a good experience. Started rough while meds got dialed in but overall very happy with the staff.
Hell on Earth. Avoid this place at all costs. No difference between this place and jail. For example: Both use locked doors and high security to keep people inside Staff in both places watch residents constantly and enforce exact schedules for meals and sleep. Both places search people and take away personal items like belts, phones, and sholaces. Both have uncomfortable beds, terrible food, and very little privacy. meh two stars because of the people there were inchworms in the salad and the boys crashed out every day and they let my mom cut me off from my dad and i got flirted with by another guy and the nurses are kinda mean sometimes but it did help tell erin she did a good job and give nigeria a raise
Maple heights is the best mental hospitals out there. Its the best 1 i know. Everytime i went it always helped. Kept me safe. The food is ok, but the care is amazing. The techs are kind, and care about you and will talk to you whenever you need it. If someones bothering you. They help. They are always kind and help out. And you get to play outside there. But many mental hospitals allow the patients to play outside. I love that place they helped me so much
